If you experience any difficulties please contact me at 478-962-0320 or email ermoncontrols@alltel.net. 7-18-2006 Ermon Controls has upgraded their heating air conditioning and ventilation system with the new Teletrol ebuilding web based automation system.
The new ebuilding automation system includes the latest technology on the market today. The ebuilding controller is interfaced to the existing office heat pump controllers. A shop area controller was added to control the exhaust louvers, supply fan, and ceiling fans.
The ceiling fan controller measures the temperature of the ceiling air and space. Then if heat is needed for the room and is available from the heat that has risen to the ceiling the fans come on until the space temperature is satisfied. The heat that is brought down to the floor is transferred to the concrete slab and then at night when the sun is down the heat then transfer's back to the room.
The supply fan controller measures the space and outside air temperature. When the outside air temperature is lower than the inside temperature and cooling is needed, the roof louver opens. When space temperature continues to rise, the supply fan turns on. The controller then modulates the supply fan variable frequency drive to maintain a positive building pressure of .03 inches of water. When the employees are working in the shop area, the role up doors can be opened and then the supply fan will speed up when the building pressure drops. This allows more air flow when the people are working in the area.
